Raja worked as an Anchor and Producer for the channel ‘NDTV METRONATION’ where he hosted over 250 episodes of the hit show ‘FEEDING FRENZY LUNCH’.
Raja soon became part of the Digital Revolution, being credited with India's first Viral Video ‘Shit Delhi Boys Say’ in his YouTube channel titled ‘Mainduck Shorts’, which set the trend for many to follow.
In his international work, Raja got the opportunity to work on the Amazing Race as an assistant to the host Phil Keoghan.
In 2023 Raja worked on the set of ‘Origin’, a feature film directed by Ava DuVernay who had earlier directed ‘Selma’. The film was released in 2024.

Born on 6th September, in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Raja Sharma is an Actor, Anchor and Creator based out of Mumbai. Raja's formative years were in the holy city of Banaras. At the age of 10 he was sent off to Sahyadri School, a Krishnamurti Foundation of India boarding school tucked away far from civilization on a hilltop in the Sahyadri Ranges in Maharashtra.
In 2005 he participated in a Channel V talent hunt show called ‘TV Champs’ and went on to win in and host the ‘Travel Show’ across Europe.
In 2009 he moved to Mumbai where he worked in UTV Bindass as their in-house VJ, hosting the popular show ‘Beg Borrow Steal’.
He has further acted in several television commercials including, TATA DOCOMO, OLX, MOTHER DAIRY, etc.
